* Covered fully inside and outside with 157gsm art paper full color printed off-white with matte lamination.
* 10cm depth front flap x concealed magnetic closures.
* 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.

* Sample boxes are handmade and bulk order are made by machine.
Our Production Process
We use CMY, sometimes known as 4-color process, ink with a UV cure to digitally print your artwork onto our corrugated board. Your artwork is guaranteed to be resistant to basic elements and not to rub off thanks to the UV treatment. Although our printers are calibrated in accordance with SWOP standards, we are unable to match a PMS colour because no two digital printers are same. Check out our proof choices, please.
Options for Proof and Samples
We provide three choices if you're interested in seeing a proof:
1. Colour Test: We strongly advise utilising our colour sampler to find the colour match you're looking for if you're attempting to match a colour. Is a colour still missing? Speak with a customer support agent
2.Proof: you can always order in bulk. The greatest approach to display your artwork is this manner. Please talk with us if you have a certain deadline, and we'll communicate with production department, then, arrange your order in advance as soon as possible.
3.Blank or Printed Samples
You can order a sample product here if you want to examine the overall quality of our printing or if you want to include an extra blank with your proof order.
Product Promise

Delivery
We print and ship every box from our factory. Our default shipping method is UPS ground. Our boxes typically weigh no more than fifty pounds each and are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes. A shipping notification will be sent to you as soon as your order is prepared for shipment. Please give the tracking number a full day to update your shipping details. The shipping calculator offers expedited shipping. We can still talk if you need specific shipping instructions, such as blind shipment, a house UPS account, or an other delivery arrangement.

A: Delivery time MOQ: Sample delivery time: within 3 working days.
(1) 100 to 500 pcs: 10 working days after sample confirmation.
(2) 501 to 20K pcs: 12 working days after sample confirmation.
(3) > 20k pcs: 12-18 working days, depending on size and workmanship.
Q: Can you help with the design? What is the format of the design file you want to print?
A: We have professional in-house designers to help you with design adjustments. Format: AI, PDF, CDR, PSD, EPS.
Q: Is the sample fee refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample fee is refundable when you confirm mass production, but for specific circumstances, please contact the person who follows up your order.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit and 50% before delivery.
Q: Do you have a price list?
A: No, all packaging is customized. Any changes will influence box price. We can give you a quotation according to your detailed requirements.
Q: How to ensure high quality ?
A:We will send photos and videos for each process or samples you have completed. For any quality problems, we will make new ones for free and send them to you again.
