Packaging Produce Process
1.Design and layout
We can design your brand for free. You need to provide the logo, color, specifications, and your product manual or company profile to better tap into your brand value. If you already have a design plan, please provide the source file directly.
2.Printing pattern
After the final draft is confirmed, it can be printed. We have imported professional Heidelberg printing machines. The products produced by them have high image clarity, rich image layers, and bright colors, which meet the special color requirements of paper boxes and other packaging products.
3.Lamination
Lamination is also called "laminization". It is a protective film attached to the surface of the product by a fully automatic laminating machine after printing, which also increases the smoothness of the product surface.
4.After completing the above operations, if there are no other requirements, you can cut according to the box shape. The fully automatic die-cutting machine cuts accurately and efficiently removes excess edges to finally get the outline shape of the box.
5After cutting,
the box is folded and pasted on the fully automatic box gluing machine.
The fully automatic box gluing machine glues boxes in batches.
After gluing, the complete color box is completed.
